Our cancellation policy is as follows:

It is agreed that the client will provide 12 hours cancellation notice for a session; failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consult fee.

It is agreed that if a client Fails to Attend (FTA), will incur a 100% session fee, as the cancellation fee.

A cancellation or any outstanding fee owing to Your Family Osteo for services provided are authorised by the client to be charged to the credit card on file.
