If you experience chronic pain, speak to your local GP about your eligibility. People who experience chronic pain are eligible for up to 5 medicare subsidised visits to an allied health professional.

By definition a ‘chronic medical condition’ is one that has been or is likely to be present for at least six months.

In order to reduce the risk of confusion and to help keep prices down for those in need, I have decided to keep a flat rate for both the initial & return appointments.

So, in an effort to ensure patients who need an appointment can get one, and our practitioners are compensated for their booked appointments, we encourage patients to let us know as early as possible about appointment changes or cancellations.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

It is agreed that the client will provide 12 hours cancellation notice for a session; failure to do so will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

It is agreed that if a client Fails to Attend (FTA), will incur a 100% session fee, as the cancellation fee.

A cancellation or any outstanding fee owing to Your Family Osteo for services provided are authorised by the client to be charged to the credit card on file.
